I've decided to add a new feature to the blog- the awkward photo of the week.
This week's awkward photo comes from a popular, personal branding website. Notice the trendy, but personable, graphic design and copy writing.
Yet, when it comes down to it, can someone tell me what's so exciting on the floor in front of her??
Perhaps, she's supposed to be looking at the text block below her? If so, the connection between image and idea lacks clarity. Ambiguity can be the kiss of death in visual campaigns. Awkward!
